I drink everything from ristretto doubles on up to Foo-Foo city.

While some syrups are gross, some are really good. These are my favorite additives:

Real Mexican Chocolate
French Vanilla, Toffee, Orange syrups
Carmel, Chocolate Sauce from Ghiradelli

My kids favorite "coffee" drink doesn't even have coffee at all.  It is steamed milk, carmel sauce, mexican chocolate.

I feel pretty good because I know that I can pull outstanding shots at about half the price!

Don't try to fool us with your Avatar.  The machine in the Avatar is not the one in the photo is it?

Oh no - the machine in my avatar looks way too expensive for me!  I did a search on www.photobucket.com for "espresso" and it looked like the coolest picture I could find.  I don't even know what espresso machine it is!?!?  Maybe one day, if all the stars align properly, I can snap a picture of me actually pulling a shot from my own machine that is worthy enough for my avatar!  ;D ;D ;D

The Laurentis is a rebranded Astoria/CMA, you will see two PID's under the machine. One is controlling the boiler temp, the other displays the temp of a thermocouple mounted inside the group head just above the gicueler. I have a attached a closer picture.

We had some custom art mugs not too long ago, and we have a logo that was chosen plus quite a number more to choose from. So go for it let me know what you find.

I went looking over on http://www.cafepress.com
Sadly, they only have coffee mugs. No espresso, capp, or latte cups.
Now, some GCBC thongs for my girlfriend ...

Um, I better rethink that one... might not go over well.

UPDATE: What about some 3 oz. "mini-mugs" http://www.promotemugs.com/espresso-latte-cups.htm
We could do something like this if we can reduce the number of colors in the logo and perhaps do a simplified version.

I've done a 2 color process stainless mug with plastic liner with these folks. It worked well:

Not to Gloat, but I just picked up an Elektra 1 group at a persons house for $180. It was missing a leg and it looks like it needs a to be descaled and a few gaskets replaced. I will probably hand it over to Jim Duke for service and then I'll hook it up and let everyone know how it works. Looks like the Bezzera's will be on Ebay soon unless someone wants dibs.

They are ok I would prefer a traditional espresso cup like the Lavazza one's I have or like the Sweetmaria's monkey cups.

We took a wet bar that was gathering dust, and turned it into my own little espresso cafe...

Andreja Premium and Mazzer Mini serving me well so far
