Yes these beans will do perfect for curing your new drum.  They are also drinkable too so you won't have to throw em away afterwards.  If you don't like them, there are always those relatives you don't like who you can give coffee too

As an experiment I mixed this coffee 50 / 50 with Robusta, to see if I can get something with a nice kick but without the ugh of straight up Robusta.  They loved it, go figure.  It's amazing sometimes that people spend their entire lives drinking sludge, and when you introduce them to real coffee, they say, Nope, I want my sludge. 

Now I know what to do next time I'm in one of those situations where you have to be somewhere and an 'obligatory' gift is expected heh.

This is one bean, along with the Robusta that will be kept on a continual basis, since it's not one single cupped bean, but more a Type of bean, so if the numbers are low you can order anyways on this one because I just get another sack when needed.

I will be getting another bag of Gen Utility Coffee here.  This is really,just a lower grade of Specialty Coffee, which is what they call the stuff we all like.  I typically am not pushing it mainstream like the other coffee's because, well, it IS lower grade, and not something Id be especially proud of and putting my name and rep behind,  it's a general filler coffee.  The Blue and Red crowd love it, it's light years beyond that stuff they drink, but people in our general group, would definitely  say,  Meehhh.

There are two Brazil's available now at this price / quality range.  Im going to cup them both and the lesser of the two evils will be the next bag I get to replace this one once it's gone.  I will post it as a new listing since it is NOT this one so I can not sell it as this one.

Again, not bad at all, just not... wow, which is our baseline

The beans are very reasonable BUT also very drinkable too.  No it's not the gourmet for lack of a less snobby word to describe what we normally offer, but it IS still very drinkable, much better than Big Bloo or Red
