Just an hour ago I had a customer asking me if I get Cooks Illustrated, telling me about this brewer.  Somebody do a traveling road show.

I'm about controlling the flow in not a closed dwell time and drain style pourover.

These things are just upside down no pour FP's to me.  :-\

The question would be, "How long will the filter last, since it's not replaceable?"

Yes, it is.  John's not a full-immersion guy; not enough variables to control and geek around with.
