Got this info in an email yesterday:
We are Espresso Supply, the brand new global distributor for Bonavita (as of January 1st).

The porcelain dripper should be available by the end of the month on our website: www.espressosupply.com

I hope they are going to distribute it in Canada as it looks amazing!  ;D

While looking at immersion brewers, I found that there seems to be two school of thoughts ; 1) use coarse grinds and long steep time like french press or 2) use finer grind and shorter steep time like normal drip.

For those with a CCD/bonavita, which method do you guys use?

Out of curiosity: are either this Bonavita or the CCD safe to use in a microwave?
