45 min blows.

I'd need a timer for sure to fire up around the time I wake up on espresso days.

I have a timer, so that is not a problem.

I am going to time the warm up for the boiler.  It probably was 10 minutes, but felt like 45 since I was standing in front of it the whole time :-).

After silencing a lot of rattles, I finally took a quick video.

Loving this machine. I only have a couple of complaints, but they are minor.  The main one has to do with the drip tray depth (or how far the group head sticks out).  It makes it really hard to rinse the PF without water coming down the front.

I think that's true of all E61-type groups; they stick out so far that it'd take a drip tray the size of a carrier flight deck to contain the over spray. Most of us keep a towel folded in front of the machine to keep things dry & tidy.

Unfortunately, there is basically no counter room in front of the machine.

For me, general overspray is not as much of an issue, as is rinsing the PF.  I only need a little more tray.  Or...

I am actually thinking of attaching something angled that runs along the front edge of the drip tray, that would catch the water and roll it back down into the drip tray.  My prototype might even involve some gaffers tape and ikea parts :-)
