My roasting station (inspired by Peter)

I had to build a roasting station for my SC/TO because I need to roast in my basement. I was seting off the metal detector and my SCTO isn't even caked in oil, etc. yet. I thought some here might like to see. It's based (of course) on Peters setup in his basement. He's been an invaluable resource to me as well as John F., MMW, SJM, Stevea, roastingnerd and others.

Here's a link to a post I wrote about it:

No way! I'm blaming, I mean crediting you with everything.

I actually got two roasts done with the new TO and it went very well. coupled with the great cooler I'm hoping the taste is greatly improved

Peter is quite the mentor. I guess that makes you "grasshopper".😀
