Howdy Folks!
Just to whet your coffee appetites, here's a video I made this morning using a PID'd Gaggia Espresso:

Two ounces in 26 seconds - lots of old cherry wood red crema! Pardon the music; I'm an *old* unreconstructed hippie! :-)
 
Sorry milo, this is what your shot should've looked like. Tuning is everything - 9 bar group pressure & 194°F at the puck.

Hey Robert ... nice looking shot.  I notice that the song playing lasted longer than the crema.
