Just so you know, I've carved my SSN into all the parts. And I've changed the gate access code I gave you - just to be safe.

I think what Larry means to say is that he would like another Sonofresco ... whether it be yours or another one.  Now if you were really nice you would hone your hawk eye search skills and find another Sonofresco for Larry and then he will be eternally grateful.

Am I right Larry?

There is a model 1200 that I'm looking into - but it'd be too much for the dude. Maybe I'll send him my extra air-popper?  ;)

While I appreciate you storing MY sono but don't put too many minutes on it.

It still looked new when I was there.  When the milowidget is ready to market I want that one for the press photos.

I have 3 Bunns and counting I'mholding for you

From the way that gal at the BBQ joint was looking at your Bunns, they aren't that great!

Just an update; it seems milo was correct, the different programs are temp limits and not profiles. It looks like all programs are using the same profile, so there may as well be one program with an adjustable finishing temp switch.

Hurry up with the milowidget dude; this is too limiting for someone with my imagination!  ;D

Do I see a Milowidget with Sonofresco adapter kit being expedited to Robert Harmon in Pearland Texas being expedited shortly?

I'm looking into using one of these to control the propane on/off cycles. Then it's just a matter of tuning a profile and monitoring the finish temp. Problem with these is you'd have to manipulate the settings as the roast progresses - no automation.  ???

BTW: This controls the length of each burn, plus the time between each burn. Should be very easy to hit a decent profile.

Ex: three second burns separated by two seconds off. When bean temps hit x degrees, lengthen the off cycles until y temp is reached, then shorten the burn cycle until z temp is reached. (or something like that?)

That's so low tech.... you the PID guy resorting to a mechanical flip-flop.....

I worked on the Milowidget over the weekend... found some interesting things... sharing them soon.

Lo-tech, hi-tech - Es macht keinen Unterschied. If it works it'll improve the Sonofresco, if not there's the soon-to-be-beta-tested version of the miloWMD, v2.0-uhoh
