I have no experience with them but when I posted an iKitchen.com post before, if memory serves me, some guys posted problems with order fulfillment.  Could be faulty memory.  Anyone else remember that?  Can't find the post.  I believe I yanked the post once a couple of guys pointed out the issue.

Again, no personal experience.

Ok, got the Zoji with free UPS 3 day delivery. Now I'm off to Baratza's site to grab the refurb Maestro. ;D

Some topics go by so fast when you can't get on here everyday...  That being said, I think you made a wise choice as I have never seen or heard of a zoji having any problems or breaking down.  Ours stays the right temp 24/7 and gets plenty of use daily.

^That's good to hear! Do you have to run 1/2 pot through first or anything to get the right temp?
