Hey Monito,
that's a cool machine. Did you open her up and look at the level of use? If that water softener came with her she might just have been an extremely pain free purchase :p
I cannot complain, I looked inside and it looks softly used, There was a leak at the steamer and I put the missing O-ring today.
BTW, checked the softener hardness today and it was "Perfect"
Since you are a distributor; have 4 roasters and all I seriously doubt you need my help. Should the machine give you troubles, let me know. I have been inside those before:p
Wrong, I do need help, I have never done commercial espresso before. I cannot find that programming switch, the only thing I see is a jumper on the back of the control.
really awesome little beast. Do you plan on insulating the boiler and leaving her on?
Isn't that something, I was thinking about that today.
I bought fiberglass paper for my roaster, here are the specs:
Fiberglass paper withstands high temperatures without shrinking or losing shape. Use it to insulate air furnaces, hot water tanks, and air conditioning ducts. Meets UL 94V0.
* Temperature Range: -425? to +1200? F
* Heat Flow Rate (K-factor): 0.21 Btu/hr. x in./sq. ft. @ 75? F
* Density: 8.7 lbs./cu. ft.
* Color: White
And I was staring at it today and was going to ask that question around here.
What do I need to do? How do I tape it/hold it in place.
Thank you,
Monito
