I'm a registered user and logged in but can not send email to a message I received from  another user. HELP!

Having issues with e-mail and SPAM reports, so Chris has made the decision to allow e-mail only from Distributors to keep from getting us shut down.

I suggest you send a PM (Private Message) instead - there is an icon to send a member a PM below their Avatar or in their profile.
