Blueberry, bluberry, and more bluberry is the name of this outstanding GCBC coffee recently brought in
by Larry. Here is how I roast it:
__Dry for 2 minutes at BMT= 230df (300-100 watts).
__Raise input energy to 560 watts, until BMT= 330df.
__Reduce input energy to 340 watts, until BMT temperature rise is less than 1df/5 seconds (usually about BMT= 355df).
__Raise input energy to 500 watts, until BMT= 400df.
__Turn fan/auger motor to high speed, until BMT= 410df.
__Kill heater, and
__Dump into cooler...I'll call it full city, medium
..again a great coffee..
