I'd like Santa to bring me a cook and a house cleaner, but I've been asking for those for 20 years or so now and all I get is the same darn lump of coal every year....

Careful what you ask for

Hit Michigan Avenue down in Chicago today with the family.  Stopped at the tea shop and looked at some more Beehouse teapots.  I love the pots I have but they are 22 oz.  There are days when that isn't enough for the Czarina and me.  The shop had a wonderful assortment of 26 and 28 oz pots.  I went back and forth and decided on this square 28 oz Beehouse.  The Cilio #6 fits perfectly (pictured) as does the Beehouse and the Hario #2.

The lid comes off the pot.  As well, a screened basket lifts out and is easily removed as it sits on a lip within the pot.

I grabbed some white tea and some mate' tea http://www.teavana.com/The-Teas/Mate-Teas/JavaVana-Mate-Tea.axd
