I've heard that the best filtration for a cold process coffee is Bold|Java's socks... well one of those cloth sock filters. I picked one up and tried it with a hot brew. I've heard that mesh filter bags are even better for larger batches. There's been a lot of posts on HB and blog posts on cold process versus flash brewed iced coffees lately.I may just have to try this out, with or without the agitation.I'm surprised that we haven't had one of our other best agitators, Tex, comment on this thread yet.
Hmmm ... I suppose a regular teaspoon is out of the question?

I mean a steel spoon and you submerge into the coffee and use your hand to stir.We are thinking green after all.
