I was at the Hong Kong grocery in west Houston and thought I'd pick up an extra Phin.

What is there to versteh? It's a Vietnamese drip coffee maker, which I use to make iced coffee.

It's the same as the one I have, and it works great. Now I'm just waiting for summertime; that's iced coffee season for me.

I have an older model that dates from the 1980's if a recent eBay listing is correct - it's 18/8 stainless steel from Hong Kong made by Hoan.
