I looked at their site, and then in the video when they explained how somebody looking at it said it reminded them of some lab supplies, the light bulb went off and I went into design mode.  I just bought some beakers from Home Science Supplies, and found this for my Kone.  The plan was to mount a stainless rod in a hardwood base (who needs a drip tray for a base for a pourover?), and for under $10 I'd be weighing my pours.

But then reality set in, and it became obvious that it wouldn't provide any real-world benefit to my current technique of measuring the water by volume, heating it, and pouring it correctly until the kettle's empty.
