Newest espresso machine arrived
« on: September 13, 2016, 11:46:28 AM »
My latest espresso machine arrived- a La Peppina. Since the lever immediately shoots up to the top position after letting go of it, I think it needs seals. It will be disassembled and cleaned in the future.

You'll have to post pictures. I have never used one of these guys, but I still love the shots from my Caraval lever.

I would love to post pictures but I am having difficulty doing that from my ipad since a couple of updates ago. I can post a link to my entire account but not to just a single picture.

iMovie just broke on my Mac air with their latest update. Apple is slipping on some of the quality control stuff. It still works great on my old Mac that hadn't been updated. I think they are getting ready to roll out Sierra probably with some new version of iMovie...

You will NOT regret it. You will however need to pair it with a good to very good grinder. It is superb with my NS MDX grinder, I'm sure it would be just as good or better with a Super Jolly.

I have a couple of old German hand grinders that work very well with my La Pavoni Europiccola. They may also work with the Caravell. If not, I have been wanting an OE Pharos. That should be adequate.

I had to resort to using my Windows laptop to post a picture but wow it's way too big. All the links for the pictures show up in Window 10 but no links are there on my ipad.

You pushed me over the edge.  ;D   I just received notice that a Caravel was shipped today to me.
