I would never send $1,500 to somebody with zero feedback.

I like to take risks but not like that. :-\

I guess most folks would've been suspicious of the brand-new, nearly-complete Sonofresco I got for $225? [/i]
On eBay, from someone with zero feedback, that just registered the same day as the auction started?

Like I said, "Not for the weak of heart!"

I've done enough business on eBay that I figure my risk is controllable. I'll be bidding on this, so the rest of you lay off, OK?

Having had the same eBay account since 1996 when there were less than 40,000 members, and joining PayPal a month after it started in 2000, I had the same delusions - until I got screwed outta a couple large.  Good luck, Tex, you got cojones like cantaloupes.

Or maybe, the seller is running an 8 - 5, M - F business & doesn't monitor his business email on days off? :o
