The location of the item to the door is about 20ft. If you can park right out front it shouldn't be a problem loading and yes I will help. The location is in South Boston.

It has been in storage for at least 8 years from a restaurant. We have never used it and I wouldn't know the first thing about how to make it work. Visually it looks good and seems to be in tact. You're welcome to come and see it in person. Location in South Boston.
