I am looking at getting a drum roaster and I have a grill that has an infrared radiant burner at the back of the grill. I was wondering if anyone has used these burners to roast and if so what problems have you faced using them.
The grill has four main burners a cataliytc burner on one side for cooking steaks and a catalytic back burner for rotisserie cooking. I have a variety of options but was wondering if the catilytic burner was a benefit (uses less propane ) or a hinderance.
