Title: Shout Out to Bonavita Customer Service

The glass inside my three year old Bonavita 1800TH imploded while I was washing it.  I was using hot, soapy water and a soft nylon brush.  I contacted Bonavita and they immediately sent a replacement (stainless steel inside and out) pot free of charge. Always pleased to see a company stand by their product.

That's good to know. I had a similar experience where my switch wasn't turning off after a brew cycle. The new one currently takes its time as well. But they sent me a brand new unit.
