Not bad for an inexpensive Gaggia Classic.
PID'd & Rancilio Silvia steam wand. This was the 2nd shot after a complete overhaul. 1st shot was a bit blond at the preset of 200°, so I bumped it up to 210° and the resulting shot was very good. The camera I use makes the shots look lighter - it's actually reddish, like an oiled & polished old piece of cherry wood.
