Using the cyclone dust collector seems like a nice approach.  Do these scale for larger roasters?  If not how is the chaff handled?

Post a photo of the control unit and the gas valve.  I'd like to see how it looks from that perspective.

Larry,

I'm on the road heading to lake Mich for salmon fishing! Can't take new pics now however if you look under the 1# sample roaster thread you'll find a pic that shows the gas valve at the roaster and the electronic temp set. The temp set is a touch pad on the top left of the control panel.
