Thanks everyone for the super fast payment, we are ready to raffle!

And the winning number is ....

(sounds of vacpac attempting to be torn open)

number 5!  Congratulations jbviau, you will be pulled from the list and put on as the final destination!

I should be able to get the box packed and in the mail by tomorrow. (friday 5/10) I hope everyone enjoys the roadshow, thanks to everyone who participated.   I look forward to reading everyone's comments!

Darn it, just realized I forgot to throw in the weird herbal artichoke tea for Jason.
Hopefully the box survived the trip well, USPS tracking shows that mean Kalita box has delivered to mean cat!

In a karmic culmination of events, it seems the Lido grinder also arrive to me today. Looks like I'm ready to brew some coffee.

Nick Cho just posted this Kalita Wave video.

Kalita Wave Brewing : Intensive on Vimeo

Nice! Saw that last night. I think I'd start with 1.5 turns CCW on the LIDO when dialing in the Wave.

The video forgot to include the following statement: 'The Kalita Wave makes good coffee... if you can find the filters for it.'

Too much effort to make a 2nd,  class cup of coffee.

It really isn't very hard to make a 2nd, or even a 3rd cup!
