Charis Project and Yindee Coffee pics

Joe:
More food pics in Rayong and a long exposure of the restaurant.

Joe:
The Espresso Area, My Amaro Gayo went head to head with Bird Rock Coffee and James Coffee Ethiopians and mine was the only one talked about. It feels good to take a couple swings at the big boys and still be on my feet.

Jeff quit his Engineering Job with a swedish Stainless steel manufacturer to continue his roastery/Coffee Shop/Church in Rayong. It was very impressive his effect on the community and the model for doing what he wants and is passionate about. He has exclusive access to the Lahu Tribe coffee in Thailand I am working on getting some of it to us. The Natural and washed I had at his shop was truly spectacular and I hope we can get some of it to us.

Joe:
The interior of the coffee shop/ Church

Joe:
Jeff liked my camera and lens selection so he had me take a few ad shots for him. Ohh and Jeff can sling Latte Art like no ones business. I was humbled. Jeff's Daughter and Wife work at the shop, Jeff's Daughter is also pursuing music at a music school in Thailand but I think she had a bright future in the coffee biz.

mp:
Very interesting Joe!

BTW ... Did anyone ever tell you that you have a resemblance to Michael J. Fox?
