You re very welcome.
Even though this is a general utility as I call it.  It IS still considered specialty grade coffee,  just towards the lower end.

This means that there may not be a lot of complexities in it, it has a very strong trait, but maybe just that one trait.  It's good coffee,  MUCH better than any big blue red or green you will buy,  just not super wow, OMG, this stuff is crazy good, like some of the other stuff you'll see here, like some of the higher end ones Brian is selling right now.

One of the good things about this coffee is,  it's cheap.
If you need to season a drum, you are using a good coffee, so not putting burnt inner tube robusta delicacies into it
If you are just learning how to roast, if you do even mediocre ok, you still got a very good tasting drinkable coffee.
if you totally pooch the roast and hit 3rd crack, well it's only a few bucks / lb  .vs.  5 or 6 / lb you threw into the compost bin
