If money was not an issue what would be the best 5-7 lb roaster?

Probat L5 with Fuji Royal style damper modification and variable drum speed control added.

Oh, and if you are feeling very adventurous, you can perforate the solid drum by drilling holes on the walls of the drum and making it a direct-flame roaster. Not 100% sure how controllable it is at that size, but if it work, it will be spectacular  ;D
