Reminds me of a class I was in a couple years back, in the midst of acquiring my degree in Culinary Arts. We had a very upscale restaurant on the 6th floor where the cooking labs were, and one of the classes was split between preparing the food for 8 weeks and then spending 8 weeks in the front of the house. Well, the instructor in the restaurant side decided that the coffee carafes weren't insulated well enough so bought all new SS ones. But they dribbled like crazy until they were tipped far enough. So if your pour was tentative, as most nervous students were, the white linen tablecloths and whatever else got in the way got turned brown, while our faces got turned red.
