Hourglass cold brewer

I saw this Hourglass in the news today and thought I'd see if anyone had seen used one of these.  I've never had cold brewed coffee, but wonder about it....

Although at $69.95 that's a bit spendy

It looks cool but:

1) You can do everything it does for almost free with what you have laying around your house now.

2) This bit turns me off. "To maximize yield, re-brew the grounds a second time"

But it does look pretty cool in neon blue and all.  8)

I sort of want one even though #1, #2, and #3..I have very limited use for cold brew  but that thing has snazzy all over it.  ;D

There is a coffee shop near me that pushes thier cold pressed toddy.Surprisingly though,I'm not crazy about thier coffee so I don't know if like the cold pressed or not. That one is cool looking,(my daughter informed me last night that the new word for cool is "snap")pretty sic. Here is one similar to what the coffee shop uses:

Snap.
Pull shots left handed.    Is that like getting a little 'strange' in your coffee cup...
