I haven't talked her into the added cost of a PID yet, so this is what she'll be getting.
2012-05-16: Gaggia Coffee; 1st shot after modifying & refurbing
Not bad for a first shot after rebuilding. The shot is a bit over extracted, and the temp looks a little high; but like I said - not bad for a first shot.
BTW: This was pulled using some of RobertL's Ethiopian East Harrar, roasted a few days ago to FC+. This was the best tasting SO espresso shot I've pulled in a long time!
