I like the taste of my espresso based drink - an "Americano," which uses a mix of 1.5 oz of espresso to 2.5 oz of water as my standard brew. I have tried press pot, moka/bialetti pot, aeropress, vac pot with Cory rod and cheesecloth filters, pour overs with paper filters, the Kone and Swiss Gold, the Espro press, Vietnamese drip, OCS brewer, bank-giveaways drip. And I've tried these different brew methods with the "appropriate" coffees and roast levels/grind levels for each one. I still like my "Americanos" most, with beans roasted to FC or FC+, and ground with my Compak K10.
Aeropress brew comes next. Then pour over with a Kone.
