Oh congrats on the new roaster !!  If you don't incinerate it too badly this coffee still is quite drinkable too!  So don't be too quick to compost it

I just tried some of this cold brewed.  It was pretty darned good !!
I generally don't cold brew coffee, just not my thing but was told how good this was, so tried it.  Nice chocolate in it, I was rather surprised.

I'd like 5#.  Experiments with koji on the horizon.  Wanna see if I can make koji transform a meh coffee into a fruit bomb with some regularity.  I think I've sent PP, but they're complaining and making me change my password and add a PIN to my account and aren't providing any confirmation of the send money operation I ordered them to do... so if there'e no dough on the horizon, let me know here.

After spending an eternity debating options, I decided to take advantage of this 40-year low in British pound and ordered a Cormorant CR 600.  Johan is down to a 4-6 weeks wait, and its essentially 20% off from a year ago with the exchange rate.     I have never drum-roasted before so I could definitely use a fair number of beans to massacre as I figure it out

Fun machine!!  I use a Huky which isn't at all the same, but isn't completely different either.  I suspect you'll get acceptable roasts way sooner than you think.  Enjoy the ride and again, welcome.

hello everyone.

I have 50 lbs of this coffee left.

This makes a great coffee for 'general use'

your church group asks you to 'donate coffee',  the lions club, the USO,  your metal detecting club etc.    Whenever you are asked to provide some coffee and you don't want to be throwing 20 dollar a pound prime coffee out there, this works great.  Taste a TON better than Big RGB does and is very resonably priced.

With the holidays coming on and all the get togethers that will come with it, might be a good idea to have some of this on hand to give out
