Your order was one of the ones where I ran out of PNG.  SO I put your box aside, with the rest of the stuff so it didn't sell out!! waiting for the PNG to come in so I could get it right out to you. Well I just now seen it,

I  am sorry I did that, that was kind of lame.  Your box IS in the system though now.

Well this is never fun.
Got a package returned to me today.  Yep it's damaged, Im going to call it 15 lbs beans unuseable.  Once that bag is breached,  even though they may 'look' ok, I can not tell what happened to those beans or what they may have been exposed to so, they are trash. 

At least I have enough of this one left to make my customer whole again.
I hate it when stuff like this happens.
