The Nuvo ECO ceramic coffee roaster has brought new depth of flavor to my daily routine and is bringing the nuance I have hoped to reach.

That's an interesting little idea, never saw it before.

Seems like a lot of work (and smoke indoors) for such a small amount.  But if you're happy, then that's great!

They're an easy pickup on Fleabay. Very, very old school. 

Smoke staying in the beans during the roast will kill off flavors. 

What roaster were you using before Eric?

That is alot of fun. It is a great feeling to drink the coffee of beans you roasted just for that cup, nothing more personalized.

Those ceramic roasters may not be everyone's favorite, but the only wrong way to roast coffee is a way that you don't like it.
