Title: Artisan V 5 lb roaster

For under 4K this seems like a heck of a deal, and very simple design, they claim really fast roast times 5 lbs 8 min 1 lbs 4.5 min, way to fast for me however it looks to me you could  easily slow roast times to achieve really good profiles, enough power to do anything you wanted. I think for a fluid bed roaster this could be the bomb, and for you guys in WA sure would be nice if somebody could run up there and check it out.
