Two views of the same Gaggia Espresso.

Brew temp controlled by PID set at 212°F, with steam controlled by a new 155°C thermostat:

Steaming with new 155°C steam tstat


Brew temp controlled by  PID set at 200°F, with steam temp controlled by PID Alarm function set at 295°F.

Steaming controlled with PID
