I pour vigorously to mix the grounds and then let it sit for four minutes.  I do not stir the grounds after adding the hot water.

I did a Yakster today and jonesied for coffee paraphernalia at a thrift shack.  Walked out with a new Bodum, 32-oz, for the office.  Secretary has borrowed my press pot to do an eval against her Keurig, head-to-head.

$1.38, with taxes.

I recently picked up a french press all I have to say is wow.  Quite a new experience with wonderful flavors I had been missing in both espresso and drip.  If I had only knew.
