Behmor and Simple Green
« on: August 21, 2012, 02:08:30 PM »
One more roast and I'm supposed to spray the Behmor with Simple Green.
Contrarian that I am, I'm wondering what makes Simple Green "the" recommended product and if there are alternatives that maybe I already have around?
Who here uses what and why???

I found it this morning at Home Depot.

What a shock, though.  When I last bought Simple Green several years ago there was just Simple Green -- simple.  Now there are three iterations.....Not so simple anymore.....

If you want to experiment, try ethyl alcohol. No smell and can be used after each roast without a burn off.
