Generally, when people use the word Poppery, they're referring to an air popper.

Yes.  I guess I'll have to get the parts and assemble one myself.  It doesn't look to hard.

You can make it as hard or as simple as you'd like...  you can take the two units and just throw some beans in it.  Or, you can put a switch in the SC's element.  The spacer helps, but you can start w/o it.  The shaft mods and stirring arm mods help in the long run too, but aren't necessary immediately.

I have a Poppery I and would love to modify it as much as I can. I already did the mod that lets you turn the fan on and off. But I'm totally hopeless doing mechanical stuff unless it's cave man simple.
