Behmor Motor Replacement

Has anyone replaced the motor in their Behmor roaster? I sent my roaster to them for a new circuit board and some other stuff. Before I shipped it I managed to disconnect one of the two wires attached to the motor. When I received the unit back the other day the same wire was still disconnected. Disappointing that it was sent back that way, but they're sending me a replacement motor.

Is it pretty easy? I am a total and complete non-technical person.

I cannot answer your question but I have a few of my own. Did you send it to Batch? Was the service reasonably priced? I only ask because I have mine boxed up ready to go there on Monday.

I'm not familar with Batch. I was dealing directly with Behmor. Work was done under warranty.

I want to stress that I am extremely happy and impressed with customer service at Behmor. It's just that somehow my roaster got shipped back before it was all fixed. Things happen sometimes.

Yes it did say Behmor. I read Gene. Maybe it was that I just finished boxing it up.
