Sounds like it has a long brewing cycle and requires constant monitoring. Most coffee houses seem to want simpler tools that let the barista multitask.

espresso shot - ~15 secs total
cap or latte - 25 secs total
vac pot - ~30 secs total
drip coffee - ~5 secs total

Where's the profit margin for specialty machines that require close attention? That was the problem with the Clover; the coffee was great, but it was too labor intensive.

This machine was briefly discussed on COFFEED a while back too.  I'm less interested in it now than I was yesterday after reading through some of their comments...
