PNG Bunum Wo Microlot-Roasted Coffee 2-12 oz roasts & green available 12-12-19

There had been some interest in offering roasted coffee for comparison purposes. 

I've been roasting through this but have about 6 lb left. Can provide two, 12 oz roasted bag with 2 lb green so you can do a roast comparison.

I've gotten to where I like this with a fairly short Malliard of 30-40%, 15% development, and the remainder to yellow.  Taking it much past 1:30 isn't good.

Highly recommended roast level: City+. This coffee has a lot going on that is lost if too dark or if it lingers in malliard. 

Cost for this coffee is $12/12oz bag for the roasted, green is $5/lb, plus $8 shipping.
