I converted to a rotary pump several years ago. Pump corroded and froze. Can't get anyone at Whole Latte Love to call back. Nice ladies that answer the service line don't seem to know anything. Lots of crummy service reports on the net. What happened to the good old days? Any suggestions? I really don't want to take the machine to the dump.

Why not go to another vendor who also carries your machine?

And who might that be in the USA? :)

You should try to get an answer in the Brewtus forum:

I also have some troubles with my Brewtus, so see you there.

External pump? Is the pump itself damaged, or is it just the rotary head? (Does the motor run if the head is removed?) If it is just the head you can send that in to be rebuilt, or even rebuild it yourself. If it is a procon there are a lot of folks that service them. If it is a fluid-o-tech it is a bit harder to find good service, I usually just buy a rebuilt head.

I see your point.
How about a dealer in Canada?
