Material List of things for a shop

Yello,

Any info. from current or past owners would be great.
Of course i have my own list but i'd like see what others
have done.

Not a shop owner, but my guess would be that if I was a shop owner I'd be tight for time, and would rather see your list and add ideas, than type out my list and have a bunch of duplicate stuff you already thought of.

I think the first thing is to decide on a menu and then find out what your local health department will require. You may be required to have a full kitchen depending on what you intend to serve. 

Some other things that may slip off the radar...

1.  An accountant - have a strategy for acquiring/expensing your capitol costs to maximize your tax situation, plus handling payroll is a bear if you haven't done that kind of thing before.
2.  Interior designer - the space makes the place
3.  Operating capitol - you need cash on hand because you probably definitely will be operating at a loss for a while
4.  At least one True or similar refer
5.  An ice machine - plumbed in
