Don't have a Moccamaster?

Preheating the water turns many so-so brewers into good brewers, and transforms good brewers into great ones. Here's a simple mod that I made to my Melitta Clarity (unfortunately a discontinued model) that lets me brew at a constant 201 degrees. Not bad for a $39 Big Lots machine!

Excuse the dirty machine - it shows up worse in the pics than it really is!
