This looks pretty cool especially for a commercial application.  Anyone try this out yet?

No, but I've seen it in action, usually paired with the Chemex + Kone combo. Has to be plumbed (boo). There's a version 2 in development with a tentative Jan. 2014 release date, apparently (source: https://twitter.com/WilburCurtisCo/status/337319361075359744).
