The other day my coffee nook flooded while I was out. The autofill circuit on my Bunn went haywire, pushing nearly 3 gallons of water out the popoff valve. Corrosion had built up on the lead to the autofill probe, so there was no continuity created when the proper level was reached. An easy thing to fix, but a helluva mess!
It took me nearly 3 hours to vacuum the water up, then I had to cut the carpet to insert the end of a blower hose to finish drying it out. Thank God for friends who had the tools & inclination to help!
