Hmm.... what if they made the thermoblock in two halves that you could split apart for cleaning every few years?

Remember, a thermoblock is just another form of a heat exchanger - and a single purpose boiler of similar size works better than a HX.

Shipping that many times would also probably result in something, along the line, getting molested by the carrier of your choice.

After getting screwed by both UPS and the USPS here recently, I have very little faith in any of them right now.
