I've been more of a freeloading mooch on this site than a contributor, so I feel a bit bad about asking for help, but here goes: I'm in the market for another, small commercial roaster...say a 2-5 kilo machine. I prefer a direct flame unit. Doesn't matter if it is propane or natural gas; I can convert it to propane, which is how it will need to be in the end I think. I'm still looking for a place to set it up and still formulating the plan, so my decision to purchase is contingent upon locating a space, etc, but its time to start the search.
