My Behmor roaster has a malfunction

Three times in the last 6 batches.  I've thrown away more beans with the Plus in a month than I have in 3 years with the old model.

If you goto their site it will tell you what that error message is.

Last time I had an err6 it was the motor that turns the drum going out.  You should call them and they can hook you up with a new drum motor.  Strange if yours comes in and out, mine lit up and stayed and the thing would not turn on anymore.

I set a small timer and when it chimes I press the start button to keep the cycle on my 1600 plus going. I am never very far from it.
